Deletion instructions for “vkstat - гости для вк и анализ”

1. Delete your account inside the app

  1. Open VKStat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile and Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The app sends the deletion request to the VKStat backend and removes the local session and locally stored account data from the device.

2. Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email inikolay.axenov@yandex.ru with the subject “VKStat account deletion request”.

Include the Google Play app name “vkstat - гости для вк и анализ” and the VK user ID associated with the account. We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Never send your VK password, access token, refresh token, or full payment-card details.

3. Data deleted

After the request is verified and processed, we delete or irreversibly dissociate, as applicable:

  • the VKStat account profile and its connection to the VK account;
  • active backend sessions and stored VK authentication tokens;
  • guest-analysis history, selected profiles, saved comparisons, and stored tool results;
  • trap-link identifiers and transition history associated with the account;
  • push-notification tokens and account-level preferences stored by VKStat.

4. Data that may be retained

Limited information may remain only where necessary:

  • transaction, tax, and accounting records for the period required by law;
  • security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records for a limited applicable period;
  • encrypted backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup rotation;
  • aggregated or irreversibly anonymized statistics that no longer identify the user.

Retained data is not used to continue providing the deleted account’s features.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Deleting the VKStat account is separate from cancelling a subscription.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription and does not itself create a refund. Cancel an active Google Play subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. CloudPayments transactions and refunds are handled according to the applicable payment terms.

6. Processing time

We process verified deletion requests without undue delay. Completion may take longer where retention is required by law, a dispute or security investigation is active, or data remains in a scheduled backup rotation. We will explain any material delay when legally permitted.
