1. Zero-tolerance standard
VKStat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any use of the app or its services to create, possess, solicit, distribute, facilitate, promote, or normalize such conduct is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- creating, uploading, storing, linking to, requesting, or sharing CSAM;
- sexual grooming, coercion, extortion, or exploitation of a minor;
- attempting to arrange sexual contact with a minor;
- trafficking, recruitment, or facilitation connected to sexual exploitation of children;
- instructions, links, coded references, or other activity intended to evade detection;
- using profile-analysis, guest, trap-link, or any other VKStat feature to target or endanger a child.
3. Product design and prevention
VKStat is a personal VK profile analytics utility. It does not provide a public social feed, public user-to-user chat, or a public media-upload community. Access to VK data is limited by the user’s authorization, VK APIs, our feature rules, and technical controls.
We use access restrictions, abuse monitoring, security logs, and account enforcement to prevent misuse. These controls may be updated as risks and legal requirements evolve.
4. How to report a concern
Reports can be submitted from the app through Profile and Settings → Community and Support, or by email to inikolay.axenov@yandex.ru with the subject “VKStat Child Safety Report”.
Include the relevant VK profile or link, date and time, a factual description, and any safe contextual information. Do not download, copy, attach, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
5. Review and enforcement
After receiving a credible report, we may:
- prioritize and review the report;
- restrict or terminate access to VKStat services;
- preserve relevant records where permitted or required by law;
- cooperate with VK, hosting providers, payment providers, or competent authorities;
- report apparent or confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the applicable regional authority when legally required or appropriate.
We do not notify a suspected offender when doing so could endanger a child, interfere with an investigation, or violate law.
6. Child-safety contact
The designated point of contact for child-safety matters is Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Olegovich Aksenov (Rocket Science Apps).
Email: inikolay.axenov@yandex.ru
Reports are handled in accordance with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, and the safety of affected users.
7. Publication and updates
These standards apply to the app, backend services, support channels, and related VKStat functionality. The current version remains publicly available at this permanent URL and is updated when the product or applicable requirements change.
